if you want to start a fire and keep it going you have to add wood to keep it going and burning hot, i say this because our metabalism works in the same manner, one log on the fire will burn a while then you have to add one more same for food smaller meals more often is better and stop about 7-8 pm skipping meals is not good for the body. if we stunt our metabalism we store fat not burn it so when we skipp meals we are actually storing fat, so eat proportionately, 6 small meals is ideal. what we are not told by our drs and family is that our stomach is really only supposed to be the size of our fist not our eyes. when we eat more then a fist full we are stuffing ourselves and we dont even know it, so be careful not to indulge the senses and go with it. best of luck to you.
