Congratulations on your success. Reviewing progress daily is key for it leads to consistency in developing positive habits. In essence, checking in daily on how things are going helps us get in the habit of setting good habits!

Regarding keeping kids enthused about using the charts, about every month , or two, I edit my daughter’s chart and I remove some chores / goals she has mastered, add some new ones, let her pick a new background theme, and set up some new rewards. This has helped keep the chart “fresh” for her. And, now I let her “grade” her own progress.
