Getting into a regular "get to bed and get up on time" routine seems so basic, but it has really helped me for I start and end my day on the right note. That said wishing you the best on this!
You may want to consider running your credit report in advance of applying just to make sure that your credit report is accurate. Prospective landlords may run your credit when you apply. When I went to apply for my first apartment, there was a bunch of stuff that was inaccurate on my credit report and I had to post an extra security deposit with the landlord until I got the inaccuracies removed. Hey Mav, good luck on this goal. About a year ago, I switched my workouts to 5am from 5pm. Truth be told, it was a little tough at first for my body was so not used to doing anything that early in the morning. But, once I got in the groove of it, I loved it (still do) ... a good workout is a great way to start your day... good for the body and good for the attitude for you start your day off with a great accomplishment (helps set the tone for having a positive, productive day). One tip ... be sure to do a good pre-workout warm up to get the blood flowing and muscles loosened up. Best to you again on this!
