i wish you luck at first the kids find it silly but then after abut a week they start to respect the fact that they are getting validation for they feelings. best wishes to you

complaint time is the only time during the day that my kids can vent with out judgement or interruption, then we work on solution to their issues. it helps when they start to bicker back and forth i just tell them there is a time for that so go write your complaint down and we will deal with it then most of the time they drop it right then and there but it stops the show.
