I finally found a house, last week.  I made an offer and it was excepted.  There is a lot that now has to happen between now and then, but I'm excited and so is my dog.

It's a little home, but I believe it's perfect for me and my dog.  It's close to work, so I was thinking about adding another goal to walk to work 3 days a week. It's about 3 blocks. 

I have so many ideas for how I want to decorate and I'm sure those will get added to the list as well. 

I have inspections next week and if all goes well with inspections and with the lending company, I should be closed by the end of September. :)

I didn't get the house I put an offer on this week.  Anyway, I guess I'm looking again.  Trying to keep my head up and my ears open.  I'm a little disappointed and now I just want to go home and go back to bed.  The stress is a killer.

This past weekend I put an offer in on a house.  I'm still waiting to hear if they are going to accept my offer or the other one on the table.  It's nerve racking but I should know something soon.

I am excited about getting a house, even though after going over and over my finances it's looking like a roomate or a third job.  Hmmmmm.

A couple weeks ago I applied for a job working at a community center.  I made it through the first and second interviews until I was informed that I did not get the job but that I was one of the top 3 candidates.  Boost on confidence, but still down about looking.
