Today: I'm so excited about my next step to a healthy life! I am getting a heavy bag next payday! Hooray! Boxing is a great strength and cardio activity and I hope to loss plenty of pounds punching, kicking and knocking around! I already bought a ceiling mount and hung it in my garage. :) I have been sticking to my workout plan pretty well. I am noticing changes in my body and its great.

Today: Today I exercised b4 going to work, making my goal of working out 4 time this week complete! :) I would like to work out 4 times next week also. I have been good on my eating habits. A little worried about going to the fair Sunday, yippes all that fair food. I think I'll pack a snack. ;)

Today: I have been getting in lots of fruits and veggies in my diet. Today I did Taebo Amped for my workout. Hooray! I am going to try doing more Taebo for my workouts cuz I have had good weight loss with then before. :) I didn't workout on Thursday so I will be getting up early tomorrow before work to work out. I have decied that I am going to aim to start going to bed early so I can start working out before I go to work. Next week I am going to aim to work out 4 times instead of my usual 3 times.

Today: I worked out today with a fitness DVD on NetFlicks. Thurs and Fri I did a good job of pushing myself father. I need to keep this up. I have noticed I am losing weight, and soon the Oct weigh-in will be here, so I need to work hard and keep it up.

Today: I just got back from walking. I did 5 laps today!!! Its the longest one I've been on and I feel good. :)

Today: I have been trying to keep my calorie intake at 1500 per day. I have been working out 3x per week but still feel like I could do more....hummm. I'll have to think about how to fit this in. :)

Today: Didn't exercise Sunday, but I did yoga this morring. :)  Still been eatting good, had a salad for dinner and I have been eating fruit for snacks.

It has been nice eating well! I feel better! Bypassing all these foods and the store is a brease, when I think about how bad they are for my body. Been eatting a ton onf furits and vieggies. :)
