yay me!


I am soooo back on track! yay! I've trained for the 5k twice this week AND I got in a workout at Curves today! I haven't worked out in at least two weeks. It felt really good to feel myself moving forward again. Now...I just have to keep it up! I printed out the entry form for the 5k today too. That made it feel a lil more real. I AM GOING TO DO THIS!

ugh!


My 5 year old just started pre-k last week and the change in schedule really threw me off. i'm am back on track better than before! i've walked the last two nights...hills (endurance) on monday and timed (speed) on tuesday. i know i can get in at least one more walk this week!

work! ugh!


i manage Curves! u would think it would be no problem for me to find time to workout right?! i am sooo busy when i am at work that i can't find time to workout. then, once i'm gone...i can't seem to force myself to come back to workout! i have to get past this!

food progress!!!


i didn't get to workout at all this weekend...but i did really well with eating whole foods. Lots of veggies and whole grains!!! My portions were way over the top though. i feared that i gained weight over the weekend...but i actually LOST one pound!!! i had been at a plateau for a few weeks and i actually broke it! yay!!! what wonderful motivation on a monday morning!!!!
