I think this is an awesome goal, but just a heads up, I have tried just setting my eyes on just loosing weight and it is such a huge goal for me (50-60 lbs.) that is because it becomes over whelming. even 20 pounds for some can be overwhelming. We, as women, need to come up with baby steps for us to loose weight. How do you eat an elephant? One bite at a time.
If you don't mind, I would like to suggest, to make a goal list with inches that you loose and a goal list for lbs that you loose. for example: one list could say: will loose 1-2 lbs a week. week one (with date) 1-2 total lost, week two (with date) 2-4 lbs total lost, week three (with date) 4-6 lbs total lost....
I hope this helps you! I have been trying to create a list my self, just life is to hectic right now to focus on weight. I will be creating my list in about 30 days.
I hope this helps you achieve you goals. You may even want to make a food chart. I have to start eating with out wheat for my family, which is going to be a BIG task but I know we can do it. 2 of my family members are allergic to wheat.
