Keep up with the kids goal charts. They need the structure in their daily lives. There begging to help around the house so LET THEM :) Sit down with each of them and let them pick out their reward stickers before bed each night.
I need to remind myself of the good things I do have in my life and stop concentrating on the negative. Every night before I go to bed I am going to make a list of things I am thankful for.
