  It is important for me control my spending so that i may pay down my debt.  It is important for me to recognize that need is different from want.  I am able to entertain myself without spending a bunch of money.

  I am kicking SallieMae out of my house!  My motivation is that I want to be debt free! seriously, must be debt-free.  when i am debt-free, i will have the freedom to make better decisions for my future (through funding retirement and paying off my home mortgage).  I'm estimating that i will pay off all of the student loans within 1 year.  I can do it.  I'm gazelle intense.

  I will pay off 5 debts (cell phone, Tax 06, Tax 07, Apple, and GL) totalling $4,475 by July 2011 by using the Debt Snowball Method.  This goal is important to me because it will help me feel more secure in my life.  I feel that my financial life has been STATIONARY.  It is time for me to "sacrifice, work hard, and give total focus" to paying down my debt.  I've let the Tax debt (and the silly tax mistakes) get me down.  But I am grateful that I have the ability to pay off 5 major debts by July.  I have student debt from 7 years ago...this is simply silly to me...I have paid that company so much unneccessary money.  I've got to pay down the small debts so that I may focus on my larger ones.  I am so excited to accomplish this goal!

  I realize that I've worked harder on my financial life than feeling good about myself in general.  I currently have some life situations that I feel empowered to change in part through positive self-talk.  It has taken me a while to realize the patterns of my life, the orignins of certain behaviors, and a distinct need to take care of myself.  This goal is important to me because I love myself.
