This has been a very rewarding month. i can definitely see affirmations being a consistent part of my life. This was my first time spending an entire month using affirmations and it was good. I'm happy that I've already set a goal for February that is a bit different...because it does get a bit challenging to be consistent to the same thing over and over.
They say it takes 3 weeks to make something a habit. i can't say that it is a definitive habit...but i definitely hear the affirmations in my head when I face challenging situations...or when friends are talking to me about their hardships...or when I consider doing something that is not "treating myself" like I'm special, unique, and worthy.
