The idea is to have two 60 minute chunks to focus on ONE thing and one 30 minute chunk to relax. The idea of combining the essential parts of work and renewal.
In each 60 minute chunk, take 50 minutes to do the task and the last 10 minutes to unwind and disconnect.
60: 50 minutes of clean focus, 10 minutes to relax.
60: 50 minutes of clean focus, 10 minutes to relax.
30: 30 minutes to clean cut and change channels to something relaxing.
