In 2008, I went through a health scare ... and it gave me a BIG wake up call. Needless to say, I had to change a lot of my personal habits. I spent quite a bit of time online looking for a site to help me set and manage my habits and goals. But, I could not find a simple solution that I could easily use in my everyday life. So, I created Goalforit... I hope you find the site helpful.
I'm also a devoted daddy to my little girl who is the light of my life.
My Mission: Success is getting what you want ... but happiness is truly wanting what you get. I want to be happily successful, so I need to prioritize whats truly important in my life and have no regrets in the choices I make.
My Approach: Keep it simple.
- Prioritize whats important in life and set a few goals to focus on.
- Be mindful of my actions and work on consistently making better
choices so I can create positive daily habits ... do this daily
- Level Up my habits by arranging them into positive routines
that create the daily success that's needed to support my goals
Motto: My Attitude & Gratitude equals my Altitude!

There is one thing you may consider adding: linking goals with core values. This is what Lifetick has done and I think it's a good idea.
