I'm a devoted daddy to my little girl who is the light of my life. I love the outdoors and enjoy being active. In addition, I'm a marketing consultant and also the founder of Goalforit.
In the fall of 2007 I went through a health scare ... and had a big wake up call. Needless to say, I had to change a lot of my personal habits (especially diet and exercise). I spent quite a bit of time online looking for a site to help me set and manage my habits and goals. But, I could not find a simple solution that I could easily use in my everyday life. So, I created a series of spreadsheets to use instead.
After a few months of using these tools, I thought it would be great to be able to share them with my family and friends. And, the idea for Goalforit was born. … and I hope you find the site helpful.
