My resolution for 2010 is living a well balanced life by making sure that I spend the proper amount of time focusing on the most important area's of my life.
To translate this resolution into something practical that I can do , I kept tracked of what I actually did with my time for a week so i could better understand where my time goes.
Sleep takes up on average 7 hours of my day. That leaves me with 17 hours of available time daily, or 119 hours in week, to get everything done that I want to do. So for 2010, I have broken down my available time into the key areas listed below.
I aim to maintain this schedule 85% of the time due to having to deal with the unexpected, but inevitable, bumps and curves in the road that life presents us with.
