This site will be an excellent tool once again for me.  This year I'm getting physical.  As I prepare for my second Marathon, and plan on climbing a large mountain in Baxter State Park!

Yes, gang it is done the title is being mailed by the bank.  Anyone want to buy a 2000 Oldsmobile Bravada for I'm sure the repair bills will coming soon.  Always happens when you pay it off.

Okay, gang I am so close I can taste it!  $698 left.  I'm gonna try to squeeze a $500 payment by the end of the month!  I am so far ahead of my goal it is insane!  I have been holding off on any posts, but today I had to share!

Murphy showed up you know who I'm talking about.  I got a nice bonus for my suggestion at work only to find that my dear vehicle that I've been working hard to payoff needed some major repairs.  So, it seems that my bonus has found its way into my local mechanics pocket.  I was disappointed about all of this, but after some further thought I was blessed to have the money to pay the repairs, so no new debt was taken on by this negative event!  Climbing back on the horse, and any of you that have faced a struggle remember there is some good we just have to search for it!  Thanks for all the cheers!

     Listen, my work offers a nice incentive if you can develop a suggestion that will help save money.  Well, I have been flooding the suggestion box for over a year now with never any luck, but yesterday my bad luck came to an end!  Yes, one of my suggestions was finally approved, and in a few weeks I will be able to apply these needed funds to my goal.  Now, my wife is totally on board with this plan, but the true test will be when we get the funds to seize this wonderful blessing!

Yes, I'm making hay while the sun shines.  Gang, provided I don't have any more major breakdowns, either with vehicles or anything else.  I think I can have this done way before November.  I am getting close and will keep you posted!  Cheer me on please!!!

Okay, I spoke with the bank and got the pay-off.  I had to know what it was going to take to get to the finish line $2,600 and it will be paid for!  I so can do this!

Okay, I have scored an extra shift for this coming monday.  This will be $ I can apply directly to the loan in about three weeks. 

Second, I managed to limit my spending for the week, only $11.50 on something unnecessary  (some books for my son), really only $10 but a silly 1.50 ATM charge was a set back.  I'll need to have some cash on hand for these moments.

Lastly, I car pooled three times this week, so this was a step in the right direction.  Now, these savings haven't been quite yet realized until the end of the month, but again this clearly will put me in the path to victory over this stupid truck payment.
