About Me

I'm a 32 year old musician. Single, but have many great friends! I love being around other creative people and definitely thrive on their energy. I have a great loft in SOHO that I share with 2 roommates. My look is retro 50's. I have a sweet little dog, Ella, who is my best friend! I perform professionally on a pretty regular basis as a singer in clubs around the city, but would love to be a better piano player. Jazz and showtunes are my music of choice!

Money! I can't afford to pay a piano player for gigs and they're often flaky and unreliable, so I need to be able to accompany myself. This will definitely make me more marketable to agents and ensure the quality of my shows, since I'd be a one woman show.

I hope that you get closer to your goal. As a musician myself who produces music, songwrites, arranges, and sings; you realize the importance of being to do things independantly of others like playing keys for your own performances/production work. Another thing that could quickly help you would be to use Youtube tutorials that show you how to play the piano, specifically jazz piano.
