I am a person with lots of goals, dreams, and ideas. I have more than a touch of A.D.D. I am constantly distracted and detouring off course. This website was made for me. I use to dream of hitting the lotto and losing 20 pounds in 2 weeks. I am learning to make small steps, and be realistic. Like I know I ain't going to the gym in the winter time. Lost a lot of money pretending I was. Now will buy Gazelle and work out in the comfort of my own home, jumping on it while I watch t.v. I am 40 years old and just learning this idea of feasibility and reality. Thanks goal for it !

Just a suggestion, add baby-steps to all the goals when applicable, give yourself measurable goals to make self accountable of progress.
As an example: How much weight overall do you want to lose? If you countdown till you get there, you have something to visualize. :-) hope it helps!!!
