About Me

My name is Christina and I am a procrastinator.
I live in Portugal Cove, NL.
I have two small children, aged 4 and 5; and have been with my SO for a little over 6 years, now.
I am a stay at home mom and my husband works at a furniture company through the week.
I suffer from a mild case of depression/anxiety. There are many things I am trying to change in my life right now in an effort to kick depression's butt and get it out of my life for good. I won't let it run me into the ground! At least that's what I'm telling myself...
If you want to know anything else about me, feel free to ask - I am an open book and I love talking to people!

I am a mom of two 9 and 6 both boys and they are a hand full. I love them very much but some times they fight constently and I just want to go hide. I too have a sligh issue with anxiety and what I thought was depression but the doctor found that my Vitaman D levels were really low. My name is Kelli and I am a teacher of kids with leaning disabilities and am trying to teach Science and Math at the high school level to these kids that need to know how to servive first. I hope to make friends on this site.

Hi, yep its totally fine to post suggestion to my profile :) You can also send me a message too. That said, I am getting ready to launch a big upgrade to the site in the next few weeks. Once I accomplish that goal, I plan on releasing a "Hold" button that will allow folks to place goals on hold (and place them in a special archive) which will keep all the details associated with the goal. For example, I have goal to run a 5K ... and I have just had the hardest time getting traction on this goal . I don't want to delete it, I just need to wait until the time is right (life has been a little crazy the past few months). Does the hold button idea sound like it will meet the needs you mentioned? If not, just let me know. And many thanks to you for taking the time to provide your feedback. I greatly appreciate it!

i am a mom of three 18, 11, and a 8 yr old son the other two are girls. my son well hes on an autism spectruim and can be very difficult to communicate to him at times, so i use to yell all the time like he couldnt hear me,lol, after reading a couple of books 123 magic and the total transformation program i have learned that sometimes its as simple as subistuting words for another to make the child respond, exmp; when putting the child to bed and that child continually comes out asking for this that or the other this is what you do first make sure everything is done potty teeth and drink, then when they come out of the room say where do you belong? and nothing else allow the child to answer when they say bed you say go there and thats it calm cool and no arguement about going to bed truht is the child knows where they belong so hold them to it. many other things i could tell you that has help me but for now i believe i've said enough good luck with all your goals and may god be with you.
